Optional advertising measurement

With your permission, Meta Pixel measures visits to this project-review funnel and accepted requests to help us measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives browser, connection and page information and may use cookies. We do not send your form answers to Meta. Your choice does not affect sending a request or receiving a reply, and is separate from email and text-message permissions. Privacy details and choices.

No advertising choice has been made. Measurement is off, and the form works either way.

Privacy

Privacy

This is a small, owner-operated business. When you contact Noah, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone number or email address, your city or ZIP code, and a description of the job. Request forms also collect attribution and abuse-prevention information described below. Optional advertising measurement is a separate choice.

How your information is used

Contact details and job information are used only to respond to your service request, discuss the work, and schedule it. Your form answers are not sold, rented, or sent to Meta. Separate optional email/text permissions and advertising measurement choices are described below.

What the booking request form collects

The booking request form on the request a time page collects your contact information, your general location such as a city or ZIP code, your project details, and your preferred dates and preferred contact method. A full street address is not requested. This information is used to review your request, communicate with you, and discuss scheduling. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment.

How the forms are handled

When you send the request form on the contact page or the booking request form, the details are passed to this website’s server and delivered as an email to Noah through Resend, an email delivery provider. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it and keeps a short-term delivery record. The forms do not store your request in a database on this website, and your details are not used for anything other than replying to you.

What the dog door request form collects and where it goes

The request form on the dog door installation page collects your name, email address, phone number, your city or ZIP code, the kind of sliding door you have, your dog’s approximate size (optional), the timing you are hoping for, and any brief details you add. Unlike the contact and booking forms above, this form is not emailed. It is sent to a request service run for Blue Spruce Handyman Services on Cloudflare, where it is stored until Noah’s own business records pick it up (usually within minutes), and it is deleted from that service within 30 days after pickup. Noah keeps the request in his business records so he can reply, confirm fit, and schedule the work if it is a fit; it is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing. The form also records the page you arrived on and, if you came from a link with tracking parameters, those parameters, so Noah can tell which of his own advertisements a request came from. A short-lived, salted hash of your connection address is kept for abuse prevention only; your address itself is not stored.

Two optional boxes on that form are separate permissions: one for occasional follow-up emails about sliding-glass dog door installations and one for text messages about your request. Both are off by default. Replying to Noah’s reply, or asking a question, never turns them on. You can withdraw either permission at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to an email, replying STOP to a text, or contacting Noah using the details below.

What the project review form collects and where it goes

The project review form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, city or ZIP code, selected project categories, the project list you write, an optional timing preference, and your preferred reply method. It uses the same separate Cloudflare request service and retention process described above. A submission asks Noah to review the list; it does not accept a project, provide a quote or estimate, or confirm an appointment.

The Cloudflare request service also uses Resend to send the transactional request receipt and a separate notification to Noah. Noah receives the notification in his Zoho mailbox. Delivery can be delayed or withheld by safety checks; submitting the request is not a guarantee of email delivery.

The project review form has separate, optional email and text-message permission boxes. Both are off by default. Sending the form itself permits only the reply needed to address that request.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not submit financial details, payment card or bank information, medical information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through this website, by text, or by email.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

With your separate permission, we use Meta Pixel (Blue Spruce Handyman Website) on the project review and its confirmation page to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. It measures page visits and newly accepted, nonsynthetic project requests—not button clicks or simply opening a confirmation page. An accepted request means the request service saved it, not that Noah accepted the work or confirmed an appointment.

Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL, referrer and advertising/cookie identifiers. Meta may associate these events with your Meta account and use them under its own privacy policy. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, other form answers or internal request identifiers in Pixel event parameters. Advanced matching and automatic form-event detection are not enabled. We do not use Conversions API.

Measurement is off until you choose Allow measurement in the separate advertising controls above or on the project review page. Declining does not prevent a request or reply. Email and text-message boxes do not grant tracking permission. Global Privacy Control is honored as a decline. You can withdraw using Decline / withdraw above at any time; this stops subsequent measurement but cannot recall information already sent. Meta tracking cookies may remain until you clear them in your browser.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. We also keep local opaque request markers to avoid reporting an accepted request twice; these are not sent to Meta. Clearing site storage resets these preferences. Meta may set its own cookies after permission. Tracking is off on local and preview domains. Request attribution (including UTM and click-ID fields) remains part of our own request records even if you decline Meta measurement; it is not forwarded from those records to Meta.

See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy for its practices and controls. Please do not put personal or sensitive information in links or tracking parameters.
